Upon finding out that Mark was a clone and that there were others, some viewers may have suspected that he was a spy for the project. Entertainment Weekly reported that he was indeed a spy and that's not all.
"They are part of a secret military experiment and they are very regimented and trained to be soldiers. They know Mark was sent undercover to find out what the Prolethians knew, and in the meantime, fell in love and realized that maybe he doesn't want to be part of this world anymore, Ari Millen who plays Mark as well as the other male clones revealed.

This means that when it comes to clone wars, these guys have a step up on the girls. They're already a tight knit unit who knows how to work together. Although they still have their own personalities, their histories aren't as fragmented which makes them a formidable force.
Still, no one likes to feel trapped and Mark did rebel. However, it seems that in the upcoming season, his brothers will not be letting him go so easily. The new clones are shaping up to be quite the enemies for the girls.
