Though it's well after the initial PC release date back in September, the Mac version will launch on a currently unspecified date in February. EA announced the news on Twitter today without any detail, but the confirmed release window alone is probably enough for anxious Mac owners.
Yannick LeJacq over at Kotaku was able to pick up a few details from people at EA, shedding some light on the new version. The main information of note is that owners of the PC version will supposedly be getting a copy of the Mac game for free, which is a pretty nice deal. Other than that, he got no specific date from them either, and the game will be "priced similarly" to the PC title. It's up in the air whether or not the game will allow you to synch your files across platforms.
