There is a game out there called Assassin in which the participating players receive a dossier on the others and their goal, throughout the week or monthlong game, is to acquire their own file. They do this by eliminating their specific target in hopes of killing the person who is tasked with killing them.
Destiny's Xur Locations For This Weekend
It’s a really fun game that puts you into this heightened zone of awareness. The game extends beyond things such as a screen, board or deck of cards; now it’s everyone. I can feel a lot of Assassin in Singular Games’ TheOne - Survive The Game, a new mobile project that recently launched its Kickstarter campaign.
In TheOne, your phone becomes both your radar and your weapon. The game uses geolocation and blue tooth technologies to detect other players of TheOne. When someone draws near, your phone alerts you and you may then engage in sword combat with this stranger. And you thought meeting people was tough? What better way to introduce yourself than by standing over the digital remains of a future acquaintance?

Digital swordfighting! Now you have the chance to participate in the best Highlander story since The Quickening!
The game is like an ARG (augmented reality game). There are items to discover, rooms to “explore” and even ominous sounding Death Tournaments.
The game is currently seeking funding via Kickstarter for an international release. An alpha version was released in Spain to great success. There is plenty of time left, but let’s make sure this becomes a reality over here. A game like TheOne would be amazing in New York City.
