There have been some great console bundles over the holiday season, but one of the most popular Xbox One offerings just got even better.
Xbox Live Founder And Xbox One Designer Boyd Multerer Announces Departure From Microsoft
Microsoft has been selling the Assassin's Creed Xbox One bundle for $350, which includes the console and copies of Assassin's Creed Unity and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Newegg is upping the ante, keeping the price at $350 and adding another controller and a year of Xbox Live Gold to the two games.
That's about as good of a value as you're going to get for a relatively new console--a free year of Xbox Live saves you the added cost you know you were going to end up paying for. With a bonus controller thrown in, I'm not sure any bundle has had as much value, even if one of the games are slightly older (and even if Unity has its own issues).
Halo 5 Guardians Special Editions Revealed, Very Expensive Collector's Edition Announced
There's no indication of when this deal will end, but it is listed as a limited offer. There is also a limit of three per customer, in case you're looking to buy low and sell high on a large quantity. If you've been waiting to pull the trigger, this is probably the last major deal of the holidays! Microsoft's $50 price drop from $400 to $350 for an Xbox One is ending on January 3.
