"Metro: Last Light" released a trailer for an upcoming short film based on the game. The short, which will play on the Metro website on May 24th, will hopefully serve as a bridge between the events of the first game, Metro 2033, and this. There's no clue if the franchise protagonist Artyom will make an appearence, or maybe explain why those staircases are just so gosh darn menacing.
It's better than nothing since the last news that came out for the post-apocalyptic Russian survival horror/first person shooter was the delay until 2013.It demoed last year at E3 to early buzz, especially for the folks who are into their shooters having a creepier atmosphere and air about themselves.
We'll take the teaser trailer, but more updates on the game's sudden delay and no new screen shots or presence at this year's E3 make us a bit nervous.
