That means if anyone is still looking for major match engine upgrades, sorry--you won't find it here yet. What you will find in the new patch is that all custom .fmf files can be uploaded through Steam Workshop now, and that a variety of bugs have been fixed.

Updates in Football Manager 15 are frequent enough that you need not be disappointed that there are fewer game mechanics fixes here--they will no doubt continue to come eventually. Just one week ago, for example, SI released an update that fixed some defensive and goalkeeping issues. At any rate, here are the patch notes for the latest update:
