This is the first entry in the series that will arrive exclusively on PS4, Xbox One and Steam. The previous title, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution hit consoles this past summer.
“The Storm series continues to be one of our most popular franchises and its leap to the new generation of hardware ensures that it won’t stop now. Our long-time partner, CyberConnect2, has always poured their hearts into the Naruto Shippuden franchise and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 looks forward to be the ultimate realization of the series!” Herve Hoerdt, Vice President of IP Strategy at Bandai Namco Games Europe, said with the proper amount of verve and excitement.

By the screenshots alone, the game looks to up the ante of its predecessor considerably. Things are going to be cranked up a notch visually, while the game will continue to deliver its trademark multiplayer action.
Storm 4 will be compatible with Bandai’s STORM multiplayer league, which pits players around the world against one another in frantic, frenetic and downright explosive matches to determine the best ninja around.
Haven't upgraded to PS4 or Xbox One? Huge fan of Naruto? Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 will be available only on next generation consoles (and Steam, of course), so this may be your biggest reason yet to make the jump.
