Who says hooligans aren't a target audience for war games?
During today's UEFA Championship, two new respective commercials will air for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Medal of Honor: Warfighter. The choice to air the spots during the championship soccer match makes about as much sense as airing them during a Rambo marathon, except the Black Ops spots have always had a home with the male sports audience.
The original made good use of Kobe Bryant as he fought his way through a semi-virtual battlefield with late night host Jimmy Kimmel:
As for the new spots, no word on what they'll show off, but it's safe to assume explosions and all sorts of bi-pedal drone robots will make the soccer crowd get into a bigger furor. As for Warfighter, this'll be the first public trailer outside the announcement and gameplay spots shown last month.
