ComiXology Repeats Its 12 Days of Free Comics for the 2014 Season
The great thing about Free Comic Book Day is that it doesn't just cater to one fan. There's something for literally everyone. Whether you're an Indie sweetheart, a superhero blockbuster, or a five year old, there's a comic in the mix just for you.
This year is no different. IGN has shared with the world the current list of freebies that fans can expect, and here's some of what we'll see. Both Marvel and DC, the two biggest publishers, are keeping their titles under wraps, but Marvel has let readers know that it will feature a free Secret Wars story.
HACK/SLASH Returns in All New Story for 2015
Boom Studios is dropping a Tenth Anniversary Special which will include stories for Adventure Time's Fiona and Cake, Help Us! Great Warrior, and Mouse Guard to name a few.
There will be a new Savage Dragon story that follows Malcom Dragon, the son of the original as he picks up the uniform and steps into his dad's shoes.
There's even a new Pokemon adventure.
Free Comic Book Day is an annual celebration of comics across the nation. Comic book stores everywhere will have promotional books sent by different publishers all for free. It's a great way to find new series, discover writers and artists or just become reacquainted with old favorites.
Free Comic Book Day is always the first Saturday of May and next year it will be on May 2, 2015.
