Summoners War, the massively popular free two play 'kitchen sink' title for mobile devices has just released the latest update, version 1.3.4.

The update is available now on both iOS and Google Play. Unfortunately, several players have been experiencing log-in difficulties after installing the update. This is not good, especially as the fan base was less than enthused during the last update. These kind of things can send folks running to the hills, or worse, playing another game altogether.
People are none too pleased with the various nerfs and issues plaguing the patch.

When working, the patch introduces four new monsters for players to capture and summon, and some major balance changes to two of the game's dungeons. When venturing to the Giant's Keep or Dragon's Lair, players will find that both the Dragon's and Giant's stats have been reduced and should be a bit easier to handle now. However, certain smaller creatures and mid-level boss encounters have had their stats slightly increased. It all balances out in the end.
Skills for several creatures have also been modified, for instance, the Kung Fu Girl has seen a minor damage boost to all of her skills, while the Lich's Soul Summoning ability, which decreases attack speed, will now last for two turns.
Rune inventory has been expanded to 150 slots and the UI for it has been modified as well. And a great many others. None of which is useful if you cannot get onto the game. Com2uS is very aware of the problem and will hopefully be addressing it shortly.
