There is a sense of satisfaction one gets from Clash of Clans when you finally unlock the Barbarian King via his Altar at Town Hall level 7. He's like the end game, the first piece of your 'nuclear' option. As is the Archer Queen when you hit Town Hall level 9. You have officially arrived.

But soon, the nuclear option becomes just 'the regular option'. The King and Queen, though by no means perfect, can seriously bolster your army. Not to mention the defensive capabilities they bring to any siege. Needless to say, you get a little too big for your britches. You start to lose that hunger that so often befalls the professional athlete. Where is the passion?
There was a time before the King and the Queen came and made your life easier. A time before nuclear options. Back then it was you, your units and the hope that they went where you told them to. Youtuber Galadon of the Clash of Clans Attacks channel is here to remind you that success is possible without the King and Queen. You'll just have to work a little harder and not expect overwhelming results.

Galadon's latest video shows you that yes, even you high level elite players can still manage to wreak sufficient damage without the King and Queen propping up your forces to secure a two star victory.
First and foremost, have a good attack strategy. Galadon has been using the Quatrolavaloonian attack pretty heavily as of late, sending in four Lava Hounds to draw fire and a contingent of balloons and minions to play sweep. Most of the attacks end at around 50 percent and the destruction of the Town Hall. Proper placement and timing is, of course, key to any victory, however small it may be.
But hey, it doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning. He does utilize the King and Queen to grab a large vat of Dark Elixir, but can you blame him? That stuff doesn't come cheap!
