Talisman - the classic Games Workshop board is now on sale for iOS devices for $.99. One whole dollar! The digital edition utilizes the official 4th edition rules. Play as any of 14 characters as you journey through a perilous realm in search of the powerful Crown of Command. A simple, family-friendly dice game that should delight and entertain all weekend long.
Kingdom Rush Series - the original Kingdom Rush and its sequel, Kingdom Rush: Frontiers, are on sale for iPhone for $.99, with an HD Frontiers version for phones and iPads for $2.99. We have spoken at length about the trilogy capper, Kingdom Rush: Origins and cannot stress that if you are a fan of tower defense titles, there is no better series out there than Kingdom Rush.
Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP - now celebrating five years on the app store, you can pick up the audio-infused adventure title for $1.99. "Traverse a mythic little realm, use a sword to do battle & evoke sworcery to solve mystical musical mysteries."
The Witcher Adventure Game - just released for iPad, the digital version of the Fantasy Flight game is worth more than its $5.99 price tag. The Banner Saga - the hit indie strategy title has been reduced to $4.99 for iPad and iPhone. Journey across a barren, frozen Norse country as you and your band of companions attempt to stop the invasion of the terrible Dredge. Features 25 unique playable characters, a chilly mature story ripped straight out of Game of Thrones and a deep tactical tree, fans of titles like Final Fantasy Tactics will have a new on-the-go obsession.
Republique - the first chapter is available for $1.99. The game is unique stealth title set in a future dystopian surveillance state in which you must guide a desperate woman to safety using only the cameras and computers you have access to. A bit like Five Nights At Freddy's, but without the horror. Chapters 2 and 3 are available for purchase in game.
Thomas Was Alone - the critical success story, which utilizes little more than polygons to tell a strangely moving tale, is now $2.99 for both iPhone and iPad.
