The first exclusive amiibo figure has been announced, and it's none other than the Pokémon Lucario. He's returning as a fighter in Super Smash Bros. today but his amiibo won't be hitting until 2015.

We know all about the amiibos hitting this year- there are 12 available right now with six more coming in December- but this is the first word of any for next year.
This figure is exclusive to Toys "R" Us, who is no stranger to the so-called "toys-to-life" genre, having partnered with Activision and Skylanders for exclusive figures many a time.

As for Lucario, he first appeared in the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl game series and quickly became a mainstay, continuing with Black and White and X and Y before ending up in Super Smash Bros. As with other amiibo figures Lucario's power grows as his damage percentage increases when players level up.
Lucario will hit on February 1, 2015. He's now available now for preorder online at Toysrus.com/amiibo or in Toys "R" Us stores nationwide.
For anyone looking to get amiibos on the cheap, today and tomorrow (November 21 and 22) the store is offering a 3 For $30 Sale on all Nintendo amiibo single figures.
