It's been about two weeks of radio silence from the developers at Evolution. As work continues on getting multiplayer for Driveclub running smoothly, the developer posted a new update on Facebook regarding some upcoming additions to the game and some freebies as thanks to those who had bought the full game and are still waiting patiently.

As a gesture of appreciation to those who have bought the full Driveclub game, the studio is now offering November's premium DLC packs for free to players. This means that these players will be able to get five new cars, 22 events, 10 trophies and 10 livery items absolutely free.
To make sure that season pass holders – who would have received these items free regardless – don't feel slighted, Evolution is also extending the season pass benefits into July 2015 (it previously ended in June). This means that the game's season pass still offers the same number of exclusive in-game items as before.

Evolution also announced that the game will be receiving an update on Tuesday that will add a couple of things into the game that have been requested by the community. Come Tuesday, Driveclub players will be able to see improved collision physics for multiplayer races, lighter penalties for cutting corners during a race and a couple of fixes regarding the game's clubs. Tuesday's update will also be adding three new tracks.
The post closes out by saying that we still don't have a set date for the game's abbreviated PS Plus edition, which was supposed to go out free to PS Plus members back at launch. According to the post, the developer is preemptively beefing up the game's servers so that all of the game's former problems will not return once PS Plus players start to flood in.
Driveclub is now available as a PlayStation 4 exclusive.
