Max Payne 3 continues to impress as Rockstar released new screenshots for its upcoming game. The images depict Max in a New York City setting. Fans are already excited to see the free shooting cop blasting bad guys in Sao Paulo locations.
What makes things interesting is seeing our hero back in the streets of NYC. Max is seen reliving his troubled past through a possible flashback scene in single player mode. According to Rockstar, the New York level will also be available in multiplayer mode.
"Fighting vicious criminals and his own personal demons while in the volatile Brazilian metropolis of São Paulo, Max Payne is reminded of his fair share of trouble found on the streets of New York City," said Rockstar Games.
The highly antic pated title is looking better and better. Graphics from both gameplay and cut scenes appear to mesh together, switching back and forth flawlessly. The cinematics along with more interactive levels will give players a new engaging gaming experience.
Rockstar plans to release May Payne 3 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 15th. PC version will be available May 29th. Preorders for a special edition copy which includes a collectible Max Payne statue and additional content is available until April 2nd.
