And you can download the map pack yourself! Just to get that out of the way, for I am sure many a Minecraft fan will immediately want to get their mitts on this one.
Microsoft Buys Minecraft, Creator Notch To Leave Studio
This is not a WesterosCraft project, but rather the Chinese outfit Cthuwork. For your information, WesterosCraft is a dedicated group of builders who wish to recreate the entirety of George R.R. Martin's world from the A Song Of Ice And Fire novel series and its TV adaptation Game of Thrones in Minecraft.
Cthuwork is some healthy competition though. Gaze upon their painstakingly recreated version of the Night's Watch's main fortress Castle Black. It's not gonna look as good in-game as in these renders, but I can't believe that anyone who enjoys either Minecraft or Game of Thrones isn't tempted.
Castle Black is one of three functioning castles situated along the Wall, the giant magic wall of ice that shields the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros from the barbarians (or wildlings, as the books/show like to call them) and White Walkers (those ice demon guys) and the wights (zombies) they make. The other two are Shadow Tower and Eastwatch-by-the-Sea, should you be interested. No word on whether Cthuwork is doing those!
