You won't be playing WWE 2K15 on next-gen consoles this Halloween! The official reason for the month-long delay of 2K Sports' much-hyped wrestling game says it's all about delivering the best possible next-gen console experience.
WWE 2K15 No Digital Release For Last Gen?
What's that official statement exactly? Well: "Visual Concepts and Yuke's are committed to delivering the most authentic and action-packed WWE experience to date, including release for the very first time on next-generation consoles," said Greg Thomas, the president of Visual Concepts. "The additional development time enables our talented teams to ensure the WWE 2K15 next-gen experience fully meets our expectations."
WWE 2K15 will feature 62 Superstars, Divas and Legends, and the Showcase mode will allow you to recreate legendary feuds such as Cena vs. Rock and Kane vs. Undertaker. The Create-A-Fighter feature does what it says on the tin, and with tens of thousands of commentator lines recorded, you won't want to play this game on mute.

So there you have it!
Adjust your video game budget Excel files accordingly, good friends: WWE 2K15 will now see a release for PS4 and Xbox One on November 18 for North America and November 21 for Europe. Will it it take a Dragon Age: Inquisition sized hit in sales, you think, or am I the only person out there who likes both wrestling and Dragon Age? The Xbox 360 and PS3 releases will remain unaffected: October 28 and 31 for North America and Europe.
