The Xbox One exclusive shooter/actioner/ platformer Sunset Overdrive doesn't just look crazy fun, it's planning on going extra-super cray-cray over the course of a season with the newly announced season pass, including new weapons and gameplay.

What's Sunset Overdrive again? The official blurb says: "2027. Sunset City. A contaminated energy drink has transformed most of the population into a multitude of toxic mutants. For many it's the end of the world, but for you it's a dream come true. Your old boss? Dead. Your boring job? Gone. Transform the open-world into your tactical playground by grinding, vaulting and wall-running across the city while using a devastating, unconventional arsenal."
Xbox Live as well as physical stores are now offering the Season Pass at an expected retail price of $19.99. The pass includes three DLC packs: a narrative content pack with new bosses, story and locations, Amps and Traps; a Weapons Pack featuring four new weapons; and a bonus pack of no less than six character outfits, two amps and traps.

To sum up, that's eight new weapons, four new Traps to deploy in Chaos Squad (the online co-op mode of up to eight simultaneous players), four new Amps, and 10 unique outfits for your character. The estimated $19.99 is actually around 20% cheaper than buying these three add-ons separately.
