As it turns out, Yoda was right all along. Size matters not. If a foot-tall linebacker can make it in the NFL, anything is possible.

A new glitch for Madden 15 includes quite an interesting player on the Tennessee Titans, a linebacker whose in-game height data is saved as only 1 foot 2 inches. The hilarious and surprisingly adorable glitch, found in the Madden Solo Challenge mode, has already been picked up by fans of the game who took to Twitter, Vine and YouTube to document the inspiring linebacker's highlight reel.
The player in question is Christian Kirksey, a rookie linebacker fresh out of the University of Iowa. He actually plays for the Cleveland Browns, though being placed on the wrong team is the least of this player's problems. In reality, Kirksey stands at a little more than six feet tall and weighs in at about 230 pounds. The stats in the new Madden mode miss his height by a good five feet but still get his weight right, making him the densest linebacker the league has ever seen and a physical marvel to boot.

As expected, Kirksey doesn't provide much for his team in terms of blocking or tackling, but seeing the Little Linebacker That Could go for plays so earnestly has made him an instant fan favorite, the ultimate Cinderella story.

EA is almost certain to patch this glitch as soon as possible, but being able to see this diminutive defender try so hard to make it in the big leagues has made the world that much more of a special place. Also, for those wondering, the real 6-foot-tall Cleveland Brown is taking the whole experience in good stride.
