Lords Of The Fallen World Trailer Shows Off Game's Levels, Says There Is 'No Single End' To The Journey

The World Of Lords Of The Fallen Is Deserted, Bleak And Stunning

Bandai Namco today released  a new "World Trailer" today for Lords of the Fallen that takes viewers through dozens of the game's abandoned, cold yet beautifully rendered environments.

Our Lords Of The Fallen Hands-On Preview At E3

The video shepherds the viewer through many of the settings that make up the upcoming action RPG from Deck13 Interactive and CI Games. From cavernous, deserted castles to barren, snowy wilderness to the derelict ruins of a once-great fortress, Lords of the Fallen provides players with plenty of open space to hack and slash their way through any villain that stands in their way while having enough depth and detail to give the player something to look at while they're adventuring.

Scattered throughout the video are a couple glimpses of the enemies that Harkyn, the game's protagonist with a questionable past, will have to face. The enemies shown, some just briefly, seem to run the gamut from mid-sized foot soldiers to an imposing monster swinging around an unnecessarily large sword. Neither, however, will likely be much trouble for the stoic man-tank that is Harkyn – players get a good look at just how wide this would-be hero is at the beginning of the trailer. The video also hints at some story elements the game will feature, including being able to see both sides of whatever conflict is driving the game. The narrator also teases that there is "no single end" to the player's quest.

New Character Revealed In Dragon Ball Xenoverse

Judging by the trailer, not much is living within these stages of Lords of the Fallen, and chances are good that once Harkyn has moved through, there will be even less.

Lords of the Fallen is slated to release October 28 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
