Nintendo has released a new trailer for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, showing off both gameplay video and features.

In addition to giving another look at more in-game footage, the video walks you through some of the features the Ruby and Sapphire remakes will offer including secret base customization and a variety of Pokemon costumes.
The video also shows off many of the gym leaders you will face, who will be familiar to those who played the original titles. The remakes continue to look great in the new 3D engine that debuted in Pokemon X and Y, and it's cool to see many of the Ruby and Sapphire (a series favorite for me) locations recreated.

We also got an in-game look at Mega Metagross in action, who was unveiled online recently. Already a powerful Pokemon, the upgraded version seems a formidable (and levitating) foe, displayed in a brief clip in a fight with Swampert.
The base customization is shown off in detail in the video, with clips of picking a base, walking around inside of one, and placing items and decorations. In the original games it was a fun side distraction, and it looks to be improved for the new engine.
The role of the new Pokemon costumes (displayed in the video on Pikachu) isn't made entirely clear, but seemingly impact contests or pageants you can enter with your Pokemon, something the past games did offer.
Both titles will launch simultaneously for Nintendo 3DS on November 21, 2014.
