Dead Island Epidemic ZOMBA Trailer Brings The Sharknado
In celebration of the release, Zen has released a small behind-the-scenes trailer which features voice acting uber-god Nolan North as he takes us into the mind of Deadpool. Are the results hilarious? Of course they are!
I am not entirely sure why, but Deadpool and Pinball seems like such a perfect fit. Pinball is a futile game, doomed to failure across a long enough timeline, a cosmic joke of a game that should never take itself too seriously. Deadpool, being the only character, besides Animal Man, to know he is in a comic book, is fully in on the comedy that is life. So why not play some pinball to drown your sorrows?
The Legend of Korra Video Game Arrives On Consoles This Fall
Zen Studios has fought valiantly to bring us Pinball games and tie-ins since their first release, Pinball FX for the Xbox 360 back in 2007. Since then the company has collaborated with several companies, including Capcom, PopCap Games and Marvel, to keep the legacy of the silver ball alive and kicking on both consoles and mobile devices.
Deadpool joins other Marvel characters such as Doctor Strange, Spiderman and Wolverine in pinball immortality.
On asked whether he was happy to finally be featured in a pinball game, Deadpool, real name Wade Wilson, had this to say: ""Happy?!" replied Deadpool. "You're 'thrilled and excited,' Mel? Jeez, pal, how much more press-release cliché can you get?! You wanna sell people on Deadpool Pinball, I'll sell it to 'em real quick and Marvel-like. Oh, the fanboys are gonna love this sound bite: Deadpool Pinball. 'Nuff said."
To which he further added, "Wait, who am I kidding?" Deadpool continued, completely wearing out his welcome - this is a corporate press release, for crying out loud. "It is IMPOSSIBLE to say 'nuff about Deadpool Pinball! I mean, I'm pretty sure it's revolutionizing the industry by being the first table ever - physical or digital - to reference chimichangas. EVERY pinball table in existence should reference chimichangas. It's a no-brainer - a pretty simple concept that's taken the industry DECADES to adopt, and I can only assume we'll be seeing chimichanga references in all pinball tables yet to come from now until I die - which'll be never, since I'm pretty much impossible to kill. And did I mention the-" and he goes on from there. That Deadpool, what a character.
