A new trailer for the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, due out on August 8, has just been released and even I have to admit, it had me saying 'Cowabunga' by the end of it.
Star Wars Directors Round Up: Who's Who Behind The New Universe
The full length trailer shows off a lot of turtle. We get a look at each of the boys in green, plus some cos-play porn in the form of a super spiky stabby Shredder about halfway through. Megan Fox remains beautiful and, as per the contract, quiet. The trailer focuses a lot on the action, which in true Michael Baysian fashion, will be frantic, over the top and ridiculous. Can't wait!
Thanks to you fine people all around the internet, we were able to get the trailer released fast. The site turtlereveal.com was holding what was, essentially, a popularity contest and asking fans to tweet their favorite Turtle via the character to unlock the final poster for that character. Once all posters were revealed, the trailer hit the internet like a dubstepping snow chase.

All of you should be ashamed, though. Leaving Donnie til the end. C'mon. Leo was revealed before Donnie? People!
I have grown to enjoy the designs of Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello, and even accept that it's a grim 'n' gritty retelling because that's what the studios are making these days. What I can't get over is the voice acting. To me, the turtles have such distinctive voices from the live action films that I don't think I could ever fully accept the new ones. The original films are iconic.
The movie is directed by Jonathan Liebesman, who is very good with visuals, but not much else. He previously helmed Wrath of the Titans and Battle: Los Angeles. Megan Fox is April O'Neil and William Fichtner, the savior of many a film, will be donning the suit as The Shredder.
