Usually on the first year anniversary, you get something boring, like a clock or "paper". Wouldn't you rather get Spider-man, or Iron Man? I know I would. Since the launch of Marvel Heroes 2015, Gazillion, the MMO's developer, has been promoting the upgrades and new content very hard. In order to help bring old players back and bring new players into the fold, the company is giving away 10,000 hero codes.

Gazillion is teaming up with Softpedia to give away the codes, which will give each player a random hero from amongst the current 34 heroes available. All it takes from you is to head over to Softpedia's Facebook page and click the application button, don't worry it's visible. I know we're all anti-social in this great gathering of man, but you're going to have to like Softpedia to get the code. It's cool, they're good people.

Only one hero code can be redeemed per account, so you will be unable to build your own army. For now, at least.
Marvel Heroes launched last year and the fanfare was less than stellar. Critics found it lacking and players found it boring. Since then, Gazillion has made great steps in improving nearly every inch of gameplay and the current Marvel Heroes 2015, launched in celebration of the game's one year anniversary, bears little resemblance to its initial release.
