Finally, after one very long, very cold winter, Spring is upon us. But there's more to May than just the changing of the seasons. For example, the month is also known as the time to appreciate the men and women of the armed forces, and those forces are apparently a varied bunch according to World of Tanks developer Wargaming. The company has is using the time to offer an appreciation to its own armed services, the players, via some nice bonuses, discounts, and vehicle bundles.
For this weekend, the garage slots and regular vehicles have been given a respective 50% gold and 30% silver discount for all vehicles from tier II to IV. The same vehicles have also been given bonuses in the form of five times the amount of crew experience, and a 30% silver boost.
Also, bundles for rare and special vehicles will be available throughout the month, but only through the Premium Store, not the tech tree. A post at World of Tanks official 360 site had all the details on bundles for rare and special vehicles, which you can check out below.
As of today, players have access to number of vehicle bundles consisting of three British tank bundles, with the Matilda IV for 3000 gold, Valentine II for 2500, and the Churchill III for 3000. Each bundle also includes a garage slot, 100% trained crew, and 7 days of premium. The Russian Tank Destroyer SU-122-44 and IS-6 Heavy Tank joins the U.K vehicles for the respective prices of 8300 and 14600 gold. Both vehicle bundles also include the garage slot and trained crew, but the IS-6 bundle includes 30 days of premium compared to the other vehicles' respective seven. The offer on these bundles goes until May 21.
On May 6, the Speed Demon bundle arrives offering the T2 Light Tank, garage slot, trained crew, and a single day of Premium for 850 gold. Players have until May 20 for this bundle. The last bundle, the New Tanker Kit, offers the Russian T-15 light tank, crew, four garage slots, and seven days of premium for 2400 gold. Players have 'til the end of the month for this offer.
