There are tons of different armor and weapons that players can use in "Terraria," and they all have strengths and weaknesses.

One of the more overlooked items in the game is accessories, which provide a lot of benefits and functionalities. Some of these items can make or break a particular build or playstyle that people enjoy.

This means that knowing the best accessories in "Terraria" can help you understand what type of player you want to be throughout your adventures. The best thing is that you can swap accessories if you want to try out a different build.

This guide lists six of the best accessories that you have access to in "Terraria" and how you can get them for yourself. Note that some of the items on this list may only be obtainable in Hardmode.

1. Sniper Scope

First on the list of best accessories in "Terraria" is the Sniper Scope, which increases the range of firearms that you use as their damage and critical strike chance by 10%. This is a particularly powerful accessory for players who prefer keeping their distance from their targets.

In order to get this accessory, you will need to combine a Destroyer Emblem with a Rifle Scope at a Tinkerer's Workshop, according to The Gamer.

2. Magiluminescence

This particular accessory increases your character's movement speed by 20% and will provide light around you. On top of these, the Magiluminescence will also increase your character's acceleration and deceleration speed.

To get this item in "Terraria," you will have to combine 12 pieces of Demonite or Crimtane Bars with one Topaz at an anvil.

3. Master Ninja Gear

The next accessory in the game is the Master Ninja Gear, which lets you dash through enemies and is considered a direct upgrade to the Shield of Cthulu. On top of this, you also get a 10% of not taking any damage when hit, Hardcore Gamer said.

If you want to have this item, you need to combine the Tiger Climbing Gear, Tabi, and Black Belt at a Tinkerer's Workshop.

4. Celestial Shell

The Celestial Shell accessory provides a lot of stuff in one package, making it one of the best accessories in "Terraria." It gives a bonus of 10% melee speed, 10% damage, 2% critical strike chance, 1 HP per second life regeneration, and many more.

To be able to use this item for yourself, you have to craft it at the Tinkerer's Workshop using a Celestial Stone and a Moon Shell.

5. Ranger Emblem

The Ranger Emblem accessory in "Terraria" increases your ranged damage by 15%, which is a simple but significant buff to your overall damage in the long run. This also makes your ammunition more efficient as they hit harder, according to PCGamesN.

To get this accessory, you need to get it as a drop from the Wall of Flesh enemy, and it can only be obtained in Hardmode.

6. Summoner Emblem

Last but not least is the Summon Emblem, which is similar to the Ranger Emblem but instead increases your minion damage by 25%. This makes it a potent part of a summoner build, as multiple minions can lay waste to your enemies.

Similarly to the previous item, this accessory can also be acquired as a drop from the Wall of Flesh enemy and is obtainable only in Hardmode.
