Players can explore a variety of regions in Luma Island where they can explore and gather a variety of resources.
One of these is the Forest biome which must be unlocked before you are able to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Biomes in Luma Island have a variety of requirements to unlock and will be opened up as you progress through the game.
This guide focuses on the Forest biome and teaches players how they can travel to this lush and green region. Opening up this area gives you access to a variety of new spots and resources that will help progress your playthrough.
Unlocking the Forest Biome
To unlock Luma Island's Forest biome, you will have to explore the town until you find a broken bridge that is located behind Sylvia's shop, near the entrance. What you need to do now is repair this particular bridge and it will be your pathway to the Forest biome, according to Game Rant.
Players who get lost should simply turn right when they enter the town and follow the path. They will eventually arrive at the broken bridge.

Repairing the Broken Bridge
Players need a variety of materials if they want to repair the broken bridge and gain access to the Forest biome. These are two pieces of Bridge Beams, five pieces of Silk Rope, 10 pieces of Farm Planks, and 10 pieces of Farm Stone Blocks.
Bridge Beams can be purchased from the Carpenter's Shop for 1,000 Gold each. You can get Silk Rope through crafting with the use of Spider Silk and Fiber at a Simple Workbench. It can also be acquired by breaking Spider Webs.
If you need Farm Planks, you can simply craft them using Farm Logs at a Sawmill. The last item, Farm Stone Block, is crafted from Farm Stones, The Gamer said.
You just need to bring all of the materials to the broken bridge and interact with it to deposit all of the items. You can then use the repaired bridge to travel to the Forest biome.
