The latest trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero confirms that characters from the GT series are going to be available on the roster at launch.
Since the game was revealed, many fans have been talking about how good the roster has been as the latest entry in the Budokai Tenkaichi series. One talking point was if GT characters would ever be added to the game's playable list.
Reveal of GT Characters
With the previous focus on the Super and Z series, it seemed like GT was pushed to the side and ignored. However, the recent trailer just showcased several characters from the GT series, including Super Saiyan 4 versions of Goku and Vegeta.
Bandai Namco teased a new trailer earlier this week that was called the "Super Trailer." While this gave fans the idea that it focused on Super, it was also dubbed as a "Great Trailer." This led to speculations that it was a tease for the GT characters, according to TheGamer.

The start of the latest trailer suggested that it was going to be another Super-filled character reveal. It then quickly pivoted to show that it was highlighting a different series entirely. It then showed GT characters one by one, including Uub, Baby, Goku GT, and Omega Shenron, among others.
The confirmation that the GT characters will be available on launch day and not as DLC is a big win for fans of the franchise. Many people have been waiting for a long time and have been hopeful that Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO would include the characters from the series.

Other characters that are making their way to the upcoming game are Pan GT and Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta GT. The latter is the fusion between the Super Saiyan 4 forms of Goku and Vegeta, said Bandai Namco News.
Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO takes the legendary gameplay of the Budokai Tenkaichi series and takes it up a notch. You will need to learn and master how to fight with an expansive roster of popular characters from the series.
The game features breathtaking 3D fights where you will engage in intense, high-speed battles that stay true to the nature of the anime and video game franchise. Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO features amazing visuals and authentic combat moves such as beam clashes and rush attacks.
It will have an online mode where players can test their skills against other people. You can also sit down with friends and have a match to see who is the stronger fighter, according to BleedingCool.
