The requirement to unlock the game's secret ending is relatively simple because you only have to gather all of the Glitched Remains that are hidden somewhere in Little Nightmares 2's world.

There are four located in the Wilderness, six in the School, four in the Hospital, and four in the Pale City, according to ScreenRant.

When you have already gathered all of the Glitched Remains, you can finally unlock the secret ending of the game by completing the last part one last time. After you do this, the ending will play out exactly the same up until the final moments.
