Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is an upcoming action RPG game that was developed by Warhorse Studios and is now available for pre-order at GameStop in three different editions.

The game was originally set to release later this year but it was officially delayed to a Feb. 11, 2025, launch date. It will become available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC and will have three editions available.

Players who pre-order the game will also get some bonuses, along with an exclusive bonus quest known as The Lion's Crest. If you complete this quest, you will be able to unlock Knight Brunswick's armor and weapon set.

The Gold Edition for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will feature the Gallant Huntsman's Kit as well as the Expansion Pass. The former comes with cosmetics such as St. Hubert's hunting cap, Artemis' crossbow, and Nimrod's hunting coat, according to GameSpot.

The Expansion Pass will include three upcoming expansions and the Shields of Seasons Passing, which offers unique shield customization options. On the other hand, the Collector's Edition will also include a 12-inch statue of Henry and his horse.

There is also a replica of the letter that was carried by Sir Hans Capon known as the Letter of Hope. You will also get a full-color, hand-cut cloth map that shows Kuttenberg as well as a Coats of Valor Enamel pin set that depicts key faction shields from the game with a display base. Lastly, there will be the King's Rebels Collectible Cards.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 also showed off some of its gameplay and mechanics through a preview that some players were able to try out. The game opens with a flash-forward of Henry's allies besieged in a castle but picks up in earnest moments after the first game's story ended, said GamesRadar.

An Immersive Medieval World

It quickly introduces players to the game's in-depth persuasion system when the soldiers of a castle are trying to make sure that your group is not made up of bandits. Players will be able to intimidate others more easily if their character is covered in blood and carrying a gore-streaked sword.

Throughout your adventures, you will be able to hear music composed by Warhorse Studios' in-house composer duo, Adam Sporka and Jan Valta. The soundtrack features a refreshingly medieval and whimsical tone that avoids the more generic tone of heroism that usually accompanies the genre's music.

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you can camp where you can also play a few rounds of the dice-based minigame known as Tankard. There are other things you can do at this time, such as find a way to feed your dog and practice some swordplay with Hans, according to Kotaku.
