The enemies in Intravenous will notice everything that you do and will change their patterns in order to match your decisions. The developer also said that any misstep that players make will cause the enemies to respond accordingly.

Explosive Squat Games said that in Intravenous, players will enter the world as Steve Robbins, who is a man who set out for revenge after he lost his brother-in-law to low-life junkies. You will need to delve deep inside the criminal world under the guise of darkness or battle directly against enemies.
The 24-hour sale for a free copy of Intravenous comes ahead of the release of the game's sequel. The developer has made sure that stealth is only one feature in Intravenous as the game also has a lot of action-filled shootouts players can enjoy to the fullest, said PCGamesN.
