Hellbreach: Vegas Unveils Updated Demo Ahead of August Full Launch

Hellbreach: Vegas, a co-op shooter set in a supernatural version of Las Vegas, will fully launch on August 14. Publisher Iceberg Interactive revealed this news today. New Features and Updates

In Hellbreach: Vegas, players can enjoy five game modes: Survive, Trapped, Gun Pro, Royale, and Nightmare. The game will also feature eight maps, including a new one called Hell. Players can choose from 18 guns, three melee weapons, 11 perks, nine enemy types, and five slot machines. This variety aims to keep the gameplay exciting and diverse.

The game's design combines the frantic gameplay of classic wave shooters like Call of Duty Zombies with a unique Las Vegas setting. The mix of Norse demons and casino-themed mechanics offers a fresh experience for players. The developer, Ashley Ellis, has also updated the demo on Steam to reflect the current state of the game.

No Microtransactions, Affordable Price

One of the standout features of Hellbreach: Vegas is its approach to in-game purchases. The game does not include microtransactions or battle passes. Instead, all cosmetics and unlockables are earned through gameplay. This model means players pay an upfront cost of $10, a price lower than many single skins in other free-to-play shooters.

Associate editor Ted Litchfield noted that Hellbreach: Vegas replicates the intense, confined wave shooter gameplay with its unique weapons and setting. He highlighted the game's ability to balance old-school shooter vibes with modern design elements.
