Rockstar's Contributions and Exhibits

Within the exhibition, Rockstar North's displays include iconic artifacts from their renowned franchises. These include GTA-themed items such as a statue of Claude from GTA 3, a San Andreas skateboard, and a replica of the Statue of Happiness from GTA 4. Red Dead Redemption players can enjoy replicas of playing cards and never-before-seen concept art from Red Dead Redemption 2.

Aaron Garbut's Vision for Video Games

Aaron Garbut, the current head of development and co-studio head at Rockstar North, spoke at the exhibition about the future of video games. He emphasized the dynamic nature of the gaming medium, stating, "One of the greatest aspects of video games is the constant change. We are shaping the future by creating virtual spaces where people can live, interact, and enjoy themselves. The exciting part lies in where we go next."

Garbut's comments underscore Rockstar's commitment to pushing boundaries in game development, despite recent controversies. Last year, Garbut made headlines when his son allegedly leaked brief footage of GTA 6 on TikTok, offering a glimpse into the highly anticipated open-world game.

The Game On exhibition runs until November 3, 2024, providing visitors with a comprehensive look at the evolution of video games and Rockstar's pivotal role in shaping the industry's future.
