Ahead of the release of Sonic X Shadow Generations on the Switch this October, Sega has announced a special offer for fans. The game will feature a 'Sonic Jam' legacy skin, inspired by Sonic's first 3D appearance. To get this exclusive skin, players need to sign up for Sega's email list.

How to Get the Skin
Even if you have subscribed to Sega's emails before, you will need to sign up again to receive this skin. After the game's release on October 25, 2024, Sega will send all subscribers an email with a code and instructions on how to download the special in-game content. When signing up, make sure to select the platform you want the code for.
Sonic Jam originally debuted on the Sega Saturn in 1997. It is a compilation of Sonic, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, and Sonic & Knuckles, featuring a 3D overworld called 'Sonic World' filled with additional content and mini-games.
Additional Offers and Pre-Orders
Sonic X Shadow Generations will also include a special Sonic Adventure legacy skin for those who pre-order the game. Sega is offering a free 'Retro Diner Style Amy Costume' for Sonic Superstars. This costume is available for free on all digital platforms, so download it now if you don't already own it.
