We know we've just featured a horror game in our last #SteamSpotlight feature, but who says we can't do it two in a row? Ready for another horror-filled #SteamSpotlight feature?
Today, we are shining the spotlight on one of the many zombie games out there. Like many, if not all, zombie games, it's all about surviving, and this game will give you different ways to do just that.
Without further ado, here's what you have to know about Night of the Dead.
#SteamSpotlight Feature: Night of the Dead
Released on August 28, 2020, Night of the Dead is developed and published by Jackto Studios. It is an open world tower defense game that is full of zombies. We'll get to the tower defense part later.
As you freely explore this open world, you'll realize that every biome present has been overrun by zombies. There are also different dungeons scattered throughout that you can check out.
Do take note that you'll encounter different zombies, including ones that are giant in size. There are also zombies with special abilities, so you'll have to plan very well how to defeat them.
The game can be played alone, but if you want to play with friends, that's possible too. Whichever you pick, make sure you can survive against wave after wave of zombies that come at night.

How to Survive
If we haven't stressed it enough, the goal of Night of the Dead is survival. This is where the tower defense aspect of the game comes in. You will have to bring a strong enough base that will keep you safe from the zombies. You'll likewise get special equipment, which you can use to defeat the zombies.
You'll also get to collaborate with other characters in the game, who will help you survive. Take note that there is combat in the game as well, so use your melee weapons and firearms wisely.
