New Features and Classic Action
Dynasty Warriors: Origins promises the largest armies ever seen in the series and introduces a new hero to the 1 vs. 1,000 action that made the franchise famous. Developed by Omega Force, this game aims to return to the hack-and-slash roots fans love while redefining expectations. The game focuses on delivering a sense of realism on the battlefield and exhilarating combat.
The game will make full use of the PS5 hardware, creating expansive battlefields with massive armies. Players will need to act quickly and strategically, coordinating with allies to survive and overcome the odds in the most intense battles the series has ever seen.
A New Hero's Perspective
For the first time in the Dynasty Warriors franchise, the story will be told from the perspective of a nameless hero. Players will experience the chaos of the Three Kingdoms through the eyes of this new protagonist, exploring the vast land of China and its legendary soldiers and generals in a fresh way.
