The game's developer, Owlcat Games, is bringing the newest expansion to the 2021 RPG title on June 13, 2024. So far, the DLCs for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous have been received well by fans, with Through the Ashes and The Lord of Nothing being the best among them.
Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous' New DLC
But A Dance of Masks is looking to be the most exciting of all the DLCs that have been released for the game so far. The new chapter is set months after the conclusion of the base campaign where players will reunite with their companions for one last journey.
The developer said that the final chapter of the game promises a new adventure that takes players back to Kenabres and beyond, including a new enemy's stronghold. There are also new personal events for every companion, according to PCGamer.
The expansion will also feature a new romantic event that will be available for each romanceable companion. There is a new otherworldly arena where you can test your mettle against some truly challenging enemies.
Furthermore, there will be 11 new character archetypes as well as a new weapon that has the ability to switch grip from one-handed to two-handed. What's more, the A Dance of Masks will feature fully voiced dialogues.

The expansion will allow players to gather the Knight Commander's companions and return to the city of Kenabres, which has been destroyed and rebuilt from the ashes.
You can also visit a festival, celebrate your victories, socialize with your friends and loved ones, watch fireworks, and foil villains' plans to spoil the fun, said IGN.
The A Dance of Masks DLC for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will be available for purchase as a standalone or as part of the RPG game's second Season Pass. The game is Owlcat's follow-up to its previous title, Pathfinder: Kingmaker.
A Brand New Adventure
The game features both real-time and turn-based combat modes and is set in the Pathfinder universe. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous features a new campaign where players will have to repel an incursion of demons that have come from the Worldwound, according to RPGamer.
The highly popular RPG game was based on the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path from the tabletop game but also adds new characters, plots, and elements. These were meant to entertain even players who are already familiar with the adventure from the tabletop game.
The game tells the story of a large-scale conflict between mortals and demons where players are invited to immerse themselves in a world that is being assaulted by demonic forces.
As a vicious invasion threatens the world, the consequences of players' decisions will forge a unique narrative of their personal battle between good and evil.
The game brings back Kingmaker's creative director Alexander Mishulin and lead writer Alexander Komzolov. Owlcat Games was also happy to confirm that Chris Avellone was back on board to support the development of the game in supporting the narrative team.
