Web Integration Elevates Social Gaming

Gone are the days of cumbersome app downloads and switching between devices to connect with friends. With the new web interface, Xbox gamers can seamlessly join party chats, manage friends, send messages, view profiles, and track achievements-all from the comfort of their browser. Initially available to Xbox Insiders, this feature will soon be accessible to all Xbox Cloud Gaming users.

Expanding Accessibility Beyond Consoles

Microsoft's vision for inclusivity extends beyond traditional gaming platforms. The revamped Xbox Cloud Gaming interface will also be compatible with smart TVs and Meta's Quest VR headsets. While the party chat feature is not yet available on smart TVs, its impending arrival signals a major leap in cross-device connectivity for gamers.

Microsoft is introducing game hubs in the Xbox app for Windows, empowering PC players to track progress, access add-ons, and stay updated on developer news-all within the Xbox ecosystem.
