Loadout Explained
There are plenty of primary weapons in Helldivers 2, but the one that is most effective against Terminids is the SG-225 Breaker Shotgun. This is a full-automatic shotgun that boasts an impressive high rate of fire. But more importantly, it can shred through the Terminids tough exterior thanks to its light-armor penetrating shells. The only downside to the SG-225 is that you need to reload this weapon frequently due to how fast you can fire this thing. Other than that, it is definitely a must-have weapon in your fight against the Terminids!
Secondaries are just complementary weapons in Helldivers 2. For this reason, the one that you can use to finish off those insects that are able to survive the SG-225 is the P-19 Redeemer. This pistol also has a high rate of fire, which should make quick work of the enemy.
For the grenade, the G-16 Impact is a high-explosive grenade that detonates immediately on impact. This is quite helpful in closing off nests, as well as dealing with a large number of Terminids.
The Stamina Enhancement Booster improves stamina capacity and recovery for you and your teammates, making it a prime choice for fighting against the giant insects.
For the stratagems, you have a few choices. The best, in my opinion, is the RS-422 Railgun. The Railgun is just so powerful right now that it can deal with most enemies in Helldivers 2 without an issue.
The next best thing is the Orbital Laser. Use this stratagem if you are getting overrun by the enemy. And lastly, the Eagle Cluster Bomb is strong, provided that you get the "Pit Crew Hazard Pay" hangar upgrade to reduce the Eagle rearm time by 20%. This allows you to call for Eagle Cluster Bombs much more frequently.
