Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion is a faithful remaster of the classic first-person shooter originally released in 2000. In this game, you play as the dual protagonists, Joseph and Danielle Fireseed, in their quest to find and battle the titular antagonist Oblivion. This title has been remastered by Nightdive Studios and is continually being improved to this day.
Recently, the company launched a massive update for the game that includes a plethora of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes.

The game is fast-paced, which means that if you take your eyes off of the screen to look at your inventory for even a split second, you could get clipped by the enemy without a hitch. Fortunately, the folks over at Nightdive Studios know this very well and that is why they have implemented some nice quality-of-life improvements to Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion.
One of the most notable is a new menu option that allows you to quickly change weapons on pickup. This pops up the moment you get your hands on a new gun, so you don't have to waste time manually switching to it.
If you have a knack for tinkering stuff to your liking, then you will love the improvements that the company has made to the Level Editor. For one, you can now change the scale of the in-game user interface. Additionally, you are now able to add things to your custom games, such as tooltips and maps without restarting the Level Editor, saving you some time in the process.
In terms of fixes, a critical bug that was preventing you from creating a game save when you die has been squashed. On top of that, the issue where arrows could get stuck on your character, thereby causing accumulated damage, has been fixed.
