The long wait is over for All Elite Wrestling fans out there. Today, All Elite Wrestling just released a brief teaser for its first console video game: AEW: Fight Forever.
After its announcement two years ago, AEW: Fight Forever is finally confirmed to be hitting your favorite console soon. It was in 2020 that All Elite Wrestling revealed that they were developing its first-ever console game with Japanese developer Yuke's.
EAW: Fight Forever Is Eagerly Anticipated by Fans
According to a report from DigitalSpy, due to Yuke's involvement, the game is eagerly anticipated by fans of professional wrestling. The Japanese studio is well known for developing WWE video games up till WWE 2K19. Additionally, Hideyuki "Geta" Iwashita, who worked on WWF No Mercy for the N64 in 2000-generally regarded as the best pro wrestling video game will be the game's director.

The brief teaser released by THQ Nordic today featured AEW World Champion CM Punk, AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill, Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Kenny Omega, and Dr. Britt Baker DMD as its cover stars. In the short suspenseful video, a crowd could be heard chanting "Fight Forever" over and over again. Also, ring announcer Justin Roberts can be heard saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, anything goes in your main event tonight!"

In an exclusive report, Comicbook shares that THQ revealed that AEW: Fight Forever's deep career mode highlights the fun and personality of an All Elite Wrestler's life on the road. THQ even added that "players can create and develop their own wrestler who joins the AEW roster and appears in matches and stories over an event schedule."
In the game, wrestlers can use the points they accumulate by winning matches and completing certain tasks to improve their wrestler stats.
Fans can expect more fragments of the game to be released soon. As stated in the short teaser, more details are set to arrive at THQ's Nordic presentation on August 12th. All Elite Wrestling fans, mark your calendars as the next presentation could be a banger.
Former AEW World Champion Omega Is One of the Developers of 'AEW: Fight Forever'
In a report from Comicbook, one of the developers on AEW: Fight Forever is Omega, a former AEW World and Tag Team Champion. Since his first day working for the company, The Best Bout Machine has declared that bringing an AEW console game to market has been a priority.
In a statement from 2020, when the game was first announced, AEW CEO and GM Tony Khan said, "We make a point to listen to our fans, and we know that a rejuvenated and immersive gaming experience is critical to the overall wrestling experience. It's going to be cool to see our fans enjoying a next-gen console wrestling game that actually implements their feedback. Since its debut in 2019, AEW has been sending massive shockwaves in the professional wrestling industry. Not long after AEW was introduced, it already gathered a strong following on many media platforms. In its short existence as a professional wrestling league, it has become a proper rival for WWE.
