Omega Rugal Joins 'King of Fighters XV'
Omega Rugal has finally touchdown "King of Fighters 15," but fans have concerns about the latest Boss Challenge Mode.
According to Gamespew, "KOF XV" has recently introduced Omega Rugal as the newest DLC fighter. The good news is that you can acquire and use him for free, so that's a huge plus if you are collecting a lot of characters in the game.
Fans could not get enough of Omega Rugal when he was released in "Super Street Fighter II Turbo." This time, he has officially entered the world of "The King of Fighters."
As a matter of fact, the hype initially started when Akuma made his way to the "SSF2T." However, the excitement was covered up with disappointment instead.
The playable Akuma was indeed a downgrade for the fans since there are no "double fireballs" for them. The Shin Akuma version was the more dominant version.
The same thing can be said with Rugal, who comes in two different options: the regular and the God Rugal. For those who want to spar in secret matches, you may encounter this character as a boss character. This update has carried over the past "KOF" installments.
Previously, players could only access Rugal as a hacked character. Surprisingly, SNK manages to be generous this time by giving him for free for "King of Fighters" fans.

Is Omega Rugal Boss Challenge Mode Too Easy?
Screenrant wrote in a separate article that the new Boss Challenge mode might not be enticing to play in the first place, according to some gamers. Although Rugal is included in the latest challenge, his position has been gradually lowered when it comes to standards.
According to the tech source, the Omega Rugal fight has been underwhelming because of a certain issue on its "CPU from Hell" descriptor. Apparently, the users find it easy to defeat the new boss who sports a health gauge problem in the game.
Although it's a clear win to play Rugal as a free character, "King of Fighters 15" might have downplayed his part. Seemingly, he could not recover his HP during the fight.
He appears to be underpowered and vulnerable to damage. Interestingly, some people have defeated him several times in a speed test. One user was able to beat Rugal in just under 20 seconds.
Regarding the issue, SNK will have to buff Omega Rugal for the next update or tweak his health, damage, or defense to make the Boss Fight Mode more exciting and challenging.
