Niantic announced the new set of Pokemon that the Trainers of Pokemon Go will be facing in both the Five-Star Raids and the Raid Hours for February.
These include two of the Legendary Titans of the Hoenn region, Regirock and Registeel, who will make their return to the open-world augmented-reality smartphone game.
If they are lucky enough during the said Raids, they will encounter their Shiny Counterparts, and may even make them learn Earthquake (for Regirock) and Zap Cannon (for Registeel) once they have caught one of them.

According to Sportskeeda, both Regirock and Registeel will also appear in the game's Raid Hours on Feb. 2 and 9, respectively, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Weakness, Counters
As mentioned earlier, Pokemon Go will bring back Regirock and Registeel in both of their 5-Star Raids and Raid Hours. In order for the Trainers to catch either of these two Legendary Titans, they must first know their weaknesses and the Pokemon that they will need to add to their team to counter them.
Regirock is a Rock-type Pokemon, while Registeel is a Steel-type Pokemon. According to Eurogamer, both Rock and Steel-types are vulnerable against attacks that are Fighting and Ground-type based. The former is also weak against Steel, Water, and Grass-type attacks, while the latter is weak against Fire-type attacks.
With this information alone, players can now formulate a team of Pokemon that might counter either one of them once they have encountered them during both the Five-Star Raids and the Raid Hours.
According to Pokebattler, Trainers may consider adding in Metagross (Bullet Punch, Meteor Mash) in the game, alongside Machamp (Counter, Dynamic Punch), Swampert (Mud Shot, Hydro Cannon), Venusaur (Vine Whip, Frenzy Plant), Hariyama (Counter, Dynamic Punch), and Torterra (Razor Leaf, Frenzy Plant).
They can also add-in either Gyarados (Waterfall, Hydro Pump), Tangrowth (Vine Whip, Power Whip), Venusaur (Vine Whip, Frenzy Plant), Conkeldurr (Counter, Dynamic Punch), Zarude (Vine Whip, Power Whip), Lucario (Counter Aura Sphere), or Kyogre (Waterfall, Surf).
They can also choose either Therian Landorus (Mud Shot, Earthquake), Garchomp (Mud Shot, Earth Power), Breloom (Counter, Grass Knot), Empoleon (Metal Claw, Hydro Cannon), Groudon (Mud Shot, Earthquake), Victreebel (Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade), Excadrill (Mud-Slap, Drill Run) or Dialga (Metal Claw, Iron Head).
As for Registeel, according to Pokemon Go Hub, they can choose Charizard, including its Mega X and Mega Y Evolutions (Fire Spin, Blast Burn), to be included in their team, alongside Reshiram (Fire Fang, Overheat), Chandelure (Fire Spin, Overheat), Houndoom (Fire Fang, Flamethrower), and Moltres (Fire Spin, Overheat).
They can also consider either Darmanitan (Fire Fang, Overheat), Entei (Fire Fang, Overheat), Heatran (Fire Spin, Fire Blast), Blaziken (Counter, Blast Burn), Flareon (Fire Spin, Overheat), Ho-Oh (Incinerate, Fire Blast), Lopunny (Low Kick, Focus Blast), Rhyperior (Mud-Slap, Earthquake), Infernape (Fire Spin, Blast Burn), Arcanine (Fire Fang, Flamethrower), or Magmortar (Fire Spin, Fire Punch).
