In Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, players need to survive the night in the Pizzaplex while evading the security bots that are patrolling several of its areas while defeating the animatronic mascots through Boss Fights in order to get upgrades for Freddy Fazbear.
Along the way, they will encounter several things such as upgrades for Gregory, arcade machine minigames that can unlock one of game's endings, and secrets that they can unveil, such as secret rooms and secret items, which they can collect while playing.
One of the said secret items that are in Security Breach are the Mystery Retro Discs, which are holding the hidden lore of Vanessa, the security guard in the Pizzaplex who is chasing them is several parts of the game.
These discs can be played in the secret room that is designed after a room featured in Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location.

Where to Collect the Retro Discs
In total, there are 16 Mystery Retro Discs that players need to collect in Security Breach, all of which are scattered around Pizzaplex.
In order to reveal them, according to Gameranx, they need to be inside Freddy Fazbear while it has the Eyes upgrade, which they can get after defeating Roxy. Once they saw the disc, they can exit Freddy, and get it on-foot.
For the first Retro Disc, according to Gamerpillar, they must search the main atrium until they are in the Pizzaplex logo on the floor. The said disc is located above the nose of the logo.
For the second disc, according to Gamertweak, they need to head towards the Rockstar Row.
From there, they will see a stage that has a cartoon version of Bonnie and Freddy in the background. They will investigate the said stage while being inside the mascot, until they saw the disc, which is right beside the microphone.
For the third Retro Disc, they need to go right from the atrium until they will enter the Monty's Gator Golf. From there, they will need to go to the Kid's Cove to search for a half-opened treasure chest, where the third disc is inside.
For the fourth disc, they need to go up towards the Pizzaplex' second floor through the stairs next to the mini-golf course's main gate. From there, they will run towards Chica's Bakery, and find a large golden cupcake. In front of it is the Retro Disc that they will need to collect.
Afterwards, they need to go back to the said mini-gold course, and run towards the end of the left balcony, where they will find a board that has a number "5" written on it. They must go behind it until they will find the fifth Retro Disc, which is floating over a hole.
Then, they will go up to the third level, then towards the Mazercise for the sixth disc, which is near the soda machines.
For the seventh one, on the other hand, they will need to go down to the second level, where they need to travel towards the Fazer Blast. Inside, they will take the elevator on their right, and then they will search in the trophy display for the said disc.
Once they have collected it, they will go to the Level Four, then they will go towards the Bonnie Bowl to search for a stage with its curtains down and has "Closed" sign. Right below it is the eight Retro Disc.
For the ninth disc, they will enter the Roxy Raceway, then go through the second garage door. From there, they will head left until they will find a Roxy plushie that holds the said disc.
Next, they will go to the raceway's Bumper Car area, where they need to search for tenth Retro Disc. It can be seen above one of the vehicles.
For the eleventh disc, they need to go back to the atrium, where they need go towards the main stage. They will take the hallway leading towards the Rockstar Row. From there, they will see a Helper Bot standee, which has the said Retro Disc above its pointing arm.
Next, they will go towards the Fazcade's west arcade for the twelfth Retro Disc. From there, they will enter the second karaoke room. From there, they look for the disc, which is on top of the microphone.
Then, for the thirteenth Retro Disc, they must go back to the main atrium, then go to the backstage until they are approaching Freddy's Room. Right beside it is a Kraken standee, where the disc is located.
For the fourteenth disc, they need to go to the Rockstar Row again, then travel towards the back door to reach the Rehearsal Stage. From there, they will find the disc on the pedestal.
For the fifteenth and sixteenth Retro Discs, they need to use the Claws upgrade, which they received after defeating Monty.
For the former, they will go backstage from the Rockstar Row, then they will run towards the left until will saw a red utility door. They will enter through it, and look for a poster of drawing of Freddy. Right below it is a couch, where the disc is located.
Finally, for the latter, they will go to the Maintenance Tunnel to the spot where they first saw Vanessa. From there, they will saw a gated area, which is right next to the medical booth. Using the Claws upgrade, they open the said gate. Then, they will go upstairs until they saw a Foxy plushie holding the final Mystery Retro Disc.
