In Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, players need to survive the night inside the Pizzaplex while evading the security bots that are patrolling in its areas, and defeat the animatronic mascots in Boss fights.
As they progress throughout the game, they will encounter several obstacles that they need to clear, including puzzles in several locations within the complex that they need to solve in order to move forward to the next one.
One of which is the puzzle that is on the back of Mazercise, which they need to clear in order to fight Monty and get the Claw upgrade for Freddy, as well as to unlock the horror survival game's true ending.
How to Solve the Puzzle
Once they got the Mazercise Pass, which they got in the Monty's Gator Golf, and the Mazercie Key, which they can get in the Daycare, according to IGN.

Then they will need to head towards the Mazercise, then they will save their in-game progress in the Save Point, which is in the room next to the yellow lockers in the back corridor.
Afterwards, they will turn their attention to the large metal panel that is right behind them. In there, they will see a set of ten buttons, a switch, and a monitor. This is where they will operate the panels for the said maze.
The buttons are for the five walls that they need to manipulate, while the switch toggles what direction they will move it, either horizontally (up and down) or vertically (left and right).
To solve the puzzle in the Mazercise, according to Gameranx, they must first flip the switch to the "Vertical" direction, then they will press the Number 3 button right beside the arrow that is pointing Up three times.
Then, they will toggle the switch to change it to "Horizontal." Then, they will press the Number 1 button that is beside the light-up Left arrow button once, then they will toggle the switch again to "Vertical," and press the Number 3 button beside the Up arrow three times.
Then, they will flip the switch again to change the direction to "Horizontal," then they will press the Number 1 button that is behind the Left arrow two times, then they will press the Number 2 button that is beside the Right Arrow three times.
Another way to solve it in the same panel, according to Gamertweak, is by flipping the switch to the "Horizontal" direction, then press the Number 4 button beside the Right arrow two times.
Then, they will flip the switch again to change the direction to "Vertical," and press the Number 1 button that is beside the Up direction four times, then they will press the Number 2 button that is beside the Down arrow two times.
Then, they change the switch again to the "Horizontal" direction, then they will press the Number 3 button that is beside the Right arrow two times, then they will press the Number 4 button which is also beside the Right arrow once.
Once they solved the puzzle either way, they can now go towards the opened vent easily in order to go towards the Monty's Gator Golf to face Monty and defeat it to get the aforementioned upgrade for Freddy.
