'Game of Thrones' Comes To SDCC With 'HBO Pop Up Shop' Merchandise: Prosthetic White Walker Costumes, Dothraki Dictionary For Sale [PHOTOS]

HBO Pop Up Shop Will Bring Winter To SDCC With Exclusive Game Of Thrones And True Blood Merchandise

Winter is coming. To the San Diego Comic Con. HBO will be bringing its pop shop to the world's biggest convention. Not only will you be able to hang out with cosplayers dressed up as Daenerys or really, really buff guys saying they're Alcide, but you'll be able to purchase some fine Game of Thrones and True Blood related swag.

Hell Hath No Fure Like A Scourge Warlock Scorned In Neverwinter

The HBO Pop Up Shop will be held at Market St & 8th Ave in gorgeously sunny San Diego. The Pop Up Shop, which has made previous stops at SXSW in Austin and at the Linq in Las Vegas, will be open at Comic Con on Thursday (10am-6pm), Friday (10am-6pm), Saturday (11am-7pm) and Sunday (9am-3pm). The Pop Up Store will house all official HBO gear.

Westeros is so much bigger than HBO. Several other booths at the Con will be selling Game of Thrones merch, such as the Dothraki Living Language book (there is still no word for 'friendzone', not that it matters now Jorah!). The book goes on sale October 7. Fans can test their Dothraki for prizes and meet acclaimed language and culture consultant David J. Peterson, who developed the language for the hit series and created the Living Language course, at Booth #1515 on Friday and Saturday from 3-4pm.

Hellraid: The Escape Mobile Game Review

Over at the Dark Horse tent, the company has added some impressive new products to its successful line of collectibles based on Game of Thrones, including a Weirwood Tree Snow Globe ($99.99) and a Map Markers Set ($199.99), which allows fans to plot out battles in their own war to win the Iron Throne. It also introduced several new releases in its popular figure line, including the three Lannister siblings (Jamie, Cersei and Tyrion), as well as Robb & Arya Stark and a White Walker. The figures retail for $24.99 each.

Additionally, some exclusive Game of Thrones products will be unveiled during preview night at Booth #2615.

Tyrion fans, which is everyone, will be able to pick up the recently released figure. The model features full articulation and is crafted with loving care, based on season 1 and 2 Tyrion (You will have to add your own Battle of Blackwater damage.) The figure will be on sale at Booth #2401. Make sure to bring your traveler's checks, it will cost $130.

But cooler than all of that, if you find yourself with money burning a hole in your pocket and you're also in need of a Halloween costume, check out booth 2944. There, you can purchase a nearly full scale, wearable White Walker costume. "This new hyper-realistic line of masks and prosthetics from Composite Effects features screen-accurate masks and gloves from Season 3 & 4, as well as a full torso. The suggested retail price ranges from $640-$1590 for each individual piece, and from $1300-$2960 for a complete set. Check it out at Booth #2944."

True Blood fans can pick up several small items. True Blood: Drinks & Bites cookbook, featuring food and drink recipes inspired by the world of Bon Temps, and Steve Newlin's Field Guide to Vampires - an inside look at True Blood from everyone's favorite reverend-cum-vampire.

There will be other exclusive new Comic Con product reveals from Dark Horse, Insight Editions, Funko (Booth #5343) and other licensees leading into the convention.

Sadly, I do not believe the True Detective 'time is a flat circle' pendant and/or moebius strip will be available in time for the con.
