“Pokemon Trading Card Game” will soon release a new update and it’s another “Pokemon Sun and Moon” expansion pack. The new expansion is called “Pokemon Sun and Moon – Guardians Rising” which will include new cards, Pokemon and a lot more.
According to a report published by Gamerant, the Pokemon franchise game by The Pokemon Company has just confirmed that the game will soon have a new expansion pack. It is expected to be up by May 5 and it will feature the latest installment of Pokemon games by Nintendo, “Pokemon Sun and Moon”. It can be remembered that the game first launched the “Pokemon TCG: Sun and Moon series” expansion pack where it includes the latest Pokemon found in Alola region. Today, more content and creatures are said to arrive including legendary Pokemon Tapu Lele and Tapu Koko.
Aside from the legendary Pokemon, IGN says players can also expect over 140 new cards, 12 full-art Pokemon GX, 12 new Pokemon GX, and 3 full-art Supporter cards. A photo of upcoming cards has been shared and it features Lycanroc at 200 HP and Tapu Lele at 170 HP. The complete list of new Pokemon and which legendary Pokemon will be added in the coming update has not been released but fans are already excited to just know that the two guardian Pokemon from “Pokemon Sun and Moon” are included.
In other news, a new Pokemon game could be arriving for Nintendo Switch. Reports claim that Game Freak is currently looking for new developers with hints that the project includes a Pokemon video game. Although Game Freak has yet to comment on the issue, this news has definitely made fans ecstatic especially players who already have the Nintendo Switch.
The new “Pokemon TCG: Sun and Moon – Guardians Rising” update will arrive not only in U.S. but also in Canada on May 5.
