“Pokemon GO” have finally released gen 2 Pokemon into the wild and many players are now on a hunt to catch them all. And one of the best ways to get new Pokemon is by hatching them from their incubators. This is why one “Pokemon GO” player created an egg hatching chart so everyone can see how rare it is to catch every Pokemon in the game.
“Pokemon GO” player and Reddit user Topottsel created an egg chart for the game and it shows how hard it is to get each Pokemon, particularly the popular ones, through hatching. For instance, the rarest Pokemon in 2 KM eggs, Misdreavus, can only be hatched by 0.87% or equivalent to 1 in 115 eggs. Then Pokemon like Geodude, Nidorina, Nidorino, Ekans can be hatched by 6.96% or 1 in every 14 to 15 eggs.
For 5 KM eggs, players can hatch seven rare Pokemon that includes Girafarig, Shuckle, Dunsparce, Qwilfish, Wobbuffet, Sneasel, and Yanma with a 0.62% hatch rate according to the chart posted at Pokemon GO Pocket. This is equivalent to 1 in every 161 5 KM eggs. The easiest Pokemon to hatch in this category includes Ponyta, Staryu, Sandshrew, Psyduck at 4.07% or only 1 in approximately 20 eggs. Other rare Pokemon like Onix, Tangela, and Pinsir can be hatched by 1.24% or 1 in every 80 eggs.
Last but not the least is the 10 KM eggs where the easiest rare Pokemon to catch is Dratini at 20.51% or 1 in every 5 eggs. Then the rarest Pokemon in this category that includes Aerodactyl, Snorlax and Lapras can be hatched at 2.57% or just 1 in every 39 eggs. Although the best Pokemon in this category are much easier to get compared to the lower KM eggs, the chances of getting a 10 KM eggs are actually harder. According to Gamerant, 5 KM eggs are easier to acquire compared to 10 and 2 KM eggs in Pokemon GO.
