The latest expansion pack of “The Division” includes an 8.5 GB update brings new and exciting game content that players will surely like. The update brings the game to a whole new level by adding more contamination events, more customization options for characters, Dark Zone locations, a harder difficulty mode, and a lot more. This update can be downloaded by PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC players.
In Ubisoft’s Twitter account, the company has announced all their servers are ready for players to download the update. And since it is a big one, it's almost inevitable for servers to crash eventually due to the high volume of players downloading at the same time. The good news is Gamespot reports that Ubisoft said they will fix their servers and come back soon with the new update anytime soon.
And if that’s not enough, the company released a third expansion pack called “the Last Stand” according to Droid Report. This update includes a new gameplay where players join an eight-team Division agent against an eight-team enemy with a mission to collect terminals with important data in the game. This expansion retails for $40 or via the DLC pass for $15.
“Tom Clancy’s The Division” was first launched on March 8, 2016, and was positively reviewed by many critics. Ubisoft shares the game has broken the company’s record of highest number of sales in its first day. And just after one week, the game became the best-selling game in the history of Ubisoft and the biggest week one launch for a game franchise. The game generated a total amount of $330 million in the whole world.
The game is a third-person shooter video game that’s only playable online and is set in the city of New York city. The game starts after a smallpox pandemic has hit the city and it’s the agent’s duty to rebuild the Manhattan operations, eliminate all criminal activities, and investigate the cause of the outbreak. The game features a role-playing game and multiplayer mode online.
