Previously, players who were able to evolve Eevee to get Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon using the Eevee naming technique will find it easy to obtain Espeon and Umbreon. Players will only have to follow easy instructions if they want to add Eevee's evolutions in their "Pokemon Go" collections.
The evolutions of Eevee, Espeon and Umbreon had been recently added to "Pokemon Go" following the big Johto update. According to Game Rant, there are simple ways on how to obtain these two monsters.
The first thing that a player should do is to capture Eevee, and must have a least 25 candies to run the technique. The player has to simply click on Eevee's name and change it. To secure either Espeon or Umbreon, the monicker needs also to be changed.
Once the monicker has been changed, players need to restart "Pokemon Go" so that Eevee's changed name will be saved to the servers. This technique allows players to get hold of either Espeon or Umbreon.
A lot of players have reported that the technique works, and has been giving out positive feedback. Unfortunately, Niantic and the Pokemon Go company has not released any statement yet. Stay tuned for more Gamenguide update.
